Unfortunately this doesn't refer to us but our good friends and neighbours, Sandy and Dave.
We've been neighbours for 13 years and Sandy has worked for Mad about Cards for 7 years. We've shared many meals, loads of drink and lots of laughs.
But now, after all this time, they're leaving us, leaving our miserable rainy town for the heat and wonderful outdoor life of Australia.
Have a wonderful time, you two. All of your neighbours in North Street will miss you, as will your friends and colleagues at Mad about Cards.
Don't worry about the rest of us, your mum will be fine, Sandy. And even if she isn't, we'll sort her out!
