Walk to work: Yes, and I walked home as well
Gym-type exercise: 45 mins on the treadmill (450 calories burned)
Alcohol consumed: glass of red wine
Chocolate consumed: Yes, I have to admit I had a bar today
Other bad stuff: apart from the wine and the chocolate, pretty good!

I don't think I've done the weight thing for about a week now - forgot to weigh for a few days, mind full of other things in the mornings. Did it this morning though - no change for a week but I'm determined to get back to my just before last Christmas weight - 9st 12lb. I don't know what's happened since Christmas really, was skinny for 2 years but life got in the way and it started creeping back up again.

It will be a bit of a challenge for the next few days to stay good as we have meals out/drinks arranged for the next 5 days or so! Out for a friend's birthday tomorrow, out with friends Saturday (Chinese), Andy's brother's back from China Sunday and it's their wedding anniversary (25 years) so we'll have to go to the pub to celebrate, then we're all going out for a meal Tuesday. By Wednesday it will be back to normal and hopefully the blubber will start to slide away again!

Must be able to get back into my skinny dresses at Christmas so there's my incentive.

This picture is totally unrelated to anything I've talked about or working on at the moment but it made me laugh earlier!



This book, Horse Laughs, is from 1891 and I rather think that humour has changed some since it was written as the rest of the book isn't particularly funny!
