19th Century Ladies & Illuminated Verses - FREE public domain pictures

I've been getting into Pinterest in the last week and I have to say I'm already a convert.

You can see all our card projects on any particular genre in one view - loving this!

I've also set up a 'secret' Pinterest board of public domain pictures that I've been busy adding to - and will continue to add to regularly.

If you'd like to see pictures like the ones show below, and more - just follow us on Pinterest and we'll send you a special invitation to our secret board.

Beautiful Rose Frames for Valentine's Day

As it's Valentine's Day it seemed only right to put out some graphics with a romantic theme.

These two rose frames are by Harrison Fisher (1877-1934) from a 1909 book called American Beauties.

I've stripped out the text that was originally in the frames so they're ready to put your owns words into.

Happy Valentine's Day!

More Freebies - Church Decoration and Illuminated letters

In my search for books containing lovely colour vintage designs, I found one called Church Decoration from 1875.  This one contains several colour pages of church designs, including crosses, and also some beautiful ecclesiastical fonts which would be great for personalising 'churchly' cards such as communion and confirmation cards.

As usual, these are all out of copyright so please feel free to use the pictures for absolutely anything you like (no permission needed).
